Directions to the Dynasty Villas
Once you arrive at the city of Lefkada, you continue south towards Nydri and reach the intersection to Sivota after Nydri (total travel time 20 to 30 minutes from Lefkada).
Before the end of the downhill road to Sivota you will see many Villa signs and the black and golden sign for “The Dynasty Villas”. Turn left on the dirt road towards (a bit rough). For the villas and in about 1 km in you will see another sign to the villas where you will take a hard left, and the Villas are on your right (you can see the tennis court).
You can also put “The Dynasty Villas” on search in google maps and find it also very easily.

SIvota Bay: There is an ATM at the Mini Market.
Vassiliki: There is an ATM near the harbor front.
Nidri: There are 4 ATM’s on Nidri High Street, one at the bakery opposite the Market
Inn supermarket, one outside the Europcar office, one next to Pete’s.
Lefkas Town: Various banks can be found on the main road after the police station all with ATM’s.

Vasiliki: Is the closest post office to Sivota open Monday-Friday 8.30am-2pm.
Nidri: Is no the main street pening hours are Monday-Friday 8.30am-2pm.
Lefkas Town: On the main pedestrian street.

Pharmacies
Vasiliki: This is the closest village with a pharmacy to Sivota.
Vlycho: This is 10 minutes away close to Nydri.
Nidri: 3 pharmacies on the main Street.
Opening hours Mon-Sat 9.00am-2.00pm 6.00pm-9.00pm Sunday CLOSED.
Lefkas Town: past the police station on the right there are 3 big pharmacies. Look out for the Green Cross.
Opening hours: Mon Wed Sat 8.30-2pm Tues Thurs Fri re-open 6pm Sunday CLOSED.
Nikiana on the High Street.

Super Markets
Concerning Super Market there are two small at Syvota and a bigger one “THE MARKET” up the main road towards Vassiliki at about 1km on your right, open every day until 23.00 hours.
There you will find JACOBS TASSIMO coffee capsules for the coffee machine at the villa.
Restaurants – Bars
In terms of Restaurants you can eat at the village below fresh fish at the Taverna of Stavros.
For breakfast or brunch “Sivota Bakery Cafe” on the village.
For meat best place is Pavlos at the village of Haradiatika (left turn at Vlicho You can also visit the village of Karyes. (main island) where you will find many taverns with good meat.
On the west side of the island, Lefkatas Tavern in Athani and also Rahi in the village of Exanthia with its magnificent view.
Minas in Nikiana is also good.
If you are in Lefkada , “Margarita” restaurant is fine.
Don’t forget to visit Liotrivi Bar at the end of the harbour at Sivota for a drink or cocktail.
Beaches
Agiofili Beach – Very Close to Dynasty Villas
Agiofili beach is situated close to the village of Vassiliki and Sivota. This beach is covered by white soft sand that make the view more beautiful and unique with brilliant crystal waters. There is a taxi boat from Vasiliki that goes from the port where the restaurants and cafes are and also there is a route by car and a parking lot on top of the beach.
