This three bedroom villa (95 sqm), impresses the guest with its minimal chic and its breath-taking view of the Sivota Bay and the Ionian Sea, both from the outside as well as from the inside through the large windows.
Villa Layout:
The main entrance is located at the ground floor. There you will find fully equipped open kitchen to the living area, one double bed bedroom and a bathroom.
Two bedrooms are located in the lower level. One offers a double bed and the other two single beds that can be connected together to king size bed. A large bathroom with bathtub located at same floor. Storage room and washing machine available for use.

Cleaning
Cleaning of the villa is done prior to arrival. Your reservation offers daily cleaning that includes floor mopping, dusting, kitchen and toilets cleaning (apply with cleaning fee). For guests staying 7+ nights a mid stay bedsheets replacement is offered. There are a set of second bedsheets in each bedroom and two set of towels. Pool cleaning is every 2 days.
